Please note that our products are custom-made to order, which means once an order is placed, it is processed immediately, and raw materials, manufacturing, assembly, and transport are arranged accordingly. For this reason, most orders cannot be cancelled or returned. This information is clearly stated when placing your order.
We understand, however, that issues can arise. If your product is damaged or does not meet the agreed specifications upon delivery, we will review the matter and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Our priority is to resolve any issues fairly and efficiently.
To help us address any concerns promptly, we recommend taking clear photos of any damaged or non-conforming items and including them with your correspondence. This will assist us in reviewing the issue and providing a resolution as quickly as possible.
While we must comply with legal guidelines to protect both our business and our customers, please be assured that we are here to find solutions that work for you.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within one working day of placing your order on 0161 799 2200 or email sales@apmg.co.uk. APMG Ltd will strive to reduce the costs of cancellation. However, there may be a partial or entire cancellation charge levied to cover costs accrued as well as the administration fee for refunding the payment.
If you decide after delivery that the Goods are not suitable then please contact us on 0161 799 2200 or sales@apmg.co.uk. We will work with you to explore possible solutions. However, Goods will generally only be considered for return if there is a defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or they fail to correspond with the specification.
Any claim based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to correspond with the specification must be notified to us within five working days from the date of delivery. If your claim is accepted, APMG Ltd will replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of charge or refund the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the Goods).
If you are unable to accept delivery of an order you will be liable for the redelivery charge.
Goods will only be eligible for return if there is a defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or if they fail to correspond with the order specification.
We will refund the price of the Goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any deductions once the Goods have been received and examined by us.
