How can I place an order?

It’s easy to place an order online using our online store. Alternatively, if you experience any difficulties, you can email your purchase order to sales@apmg.co.uk 

Do I need to set up an account to purchase online?

No, you’re free to check out as a guest. However, when you open an online account you don’t have to re-enter your details next time you order, and you can easily view your order history.

Do you offer discounts?

We set fair prices for all our products, and we’re upfront about costs—delivery isn’t hidden in the product price or labelled as “free.” What you see is what you pay. If you’re ordering over £2000 a 10% discount will be automatically applied, because it costs less to manufacture in bulk. For even bigger orders, feel free to reach out to our sales team—we’d be happy to help!

Is there a minimum order level?

Some of our products have a minimum order level, and this is clearly displayed on the page. The reason for this is materials and manufacturing efficiency. For example: some sizes of table have a worktop size that creates material off-cuts unsuitable for re-use. Therefore, it can cost almost as much to manufacture one as it does two. The minimum order quantity helps to keep our material usage efficient so we can offer competitive unit costs for these sizes.

How do I pay for my online order?

There are several ways to pay for your online order:

Credit Card: Our fully secure online checkout, which is powered by a payment gateway called Stripe, accepts most credit cards. We do not store or handle your credit card details; they are only processed by a fully PCI/DSS compliant gateway.

BACS Transfer: The payment must reach us within 3 days of placing your order. Upon receipt of payment, we release your order for manufacture.

Pro Forma Invoice: You can request a Pro Forma invoice for payment via BACS transfer.

Credit Account: If your organisation already has a credit account with APMG Ltd, you will need to login to our website portal. If you need to set up a login, or have lost your login details, please speak to our team on 0161 799 2200 or email sales@apmg.co.uk.

We already have an APMG account, can I use it to order online?

Yes, simply provide a purchase order number and we will invoice you upon dispatch of the order, according to the terms of your account.

What if I need an invoice for my online order?

If you’ve paid online a VAT invoice will automatically be generated and emailed to you. If you have used an existing APMG credit account, you will receive a VAT invoice at the end of the month.

How do I change my billing address?

For security reasons, you can only have one billing address on your account. To change it, please contact our sales team on 0161 799 2200 option 1, or email sales@apmg.co.uk.

What colours are available?

Will my item be delivered ready assembled or flat packed?

All our products are shipped ready to go! The most you’ll need to do is fit the shelves, so relax and put the Allen keys and screwdrivers away!

Do you charge for delivery for online orders?

Yes, we do, but we list delivery costs separately from product prices to keep things clear and transparent. Unlike some retailers who include delivery in their prices and call it “free” we show the exact cost of delivery, so you know what you’re paying for.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are shown on each product page and depend on what you order, where you’re located in the UK, and when you order. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday before being sent for manufacture.

We regularly update our lead times, but they are estimates and may vary, especially during busy periods like July, August, and September when demand for educational products is high. Can you deliver online orders to residential customers?

APMG is a trade supplier. We only deal with businesses and the public sector. However, we can deliver to a private address if it is used for business purposes.

Can I cancel my order?

Typically, orders are placed with our factory immediately, so any cancellations may incur a cost. For more details, please see our Refunds Policy and Sections 3 and 16 of our Terms & Conditions.

Can I amend my order?

If you need to amend your order, please contact us immediately on 0161 799 2200 and our friendly team will do their best to accommodate your updated requirements.

What if I change my mind after delivery?

Goods are not supplied on a ‘sale or return’ basis. Therefore, goods are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged. For more details, please see our Refunds Policy and Sections 3 and 16 of our Terms & Conditions.

I have received a damaged item, what do I do?

All goods must be checked on delivery in case of damage in transit. Any damages must be recorded on the delivery note and notified to APMG Ltd within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Delivery notes signed ‘unchecked’ will not be accepted should goods be damaged.
