APMG’s modular under bench laboratory storage cabinet range comes in a wide selection of sizes and configurations.
Our hard-wearing laboratory storage cabinets and lab tables can be used in conjunction with both our cantilever and fixed pedestal lab benching systems, allowing you to fully optimise the flexibility of your lab. You can mix and match drawers and cupboards for your perfect storage solution.
Because all our lab furniture and classroom furniture is manufactured in-house, APMG’s lab cabinets, mobile lab cabinets and lab tables are all available in standard and non-standard sizes.
At APMG we only use quality materials – you won’t find any chipboard in APMG lab cabinets.
The load-bearing capacity of our laboratory cabinets has been independently tested by FIRA to BS EN 14727: 2005 Laboratory furniture – Storage units for laboratories – requirements and test methods.
The materials used in our laboratory cabinets will vary depending on the application.
We use sturdy 18mm Melamine faced MDF for the carcass, doors, drawer fronts and internal shelves. With its extensive range of hues, we use laminate-faced MDF if coloured lab cabinets are required. There is also the option to use Trespa® TopLab® solid grade laminate which combines colour choice with a premium finish.
Drawers have Accuride double-extension drawer runners for smooth operation. We have even had our 270° door opening hinges independently tested by The Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA) to confirm their strength.
Our lab furniture’s leading edges are edge banded with 2mm PVC or ABS for knock and moisture resistance. Our plinths are Moisture Resistant MDF.
APMG offers an extensive modular range of laboratory storage cabinet configurations to suit different applications. The storage can be a combination of drawers, cupboards, trays, bins, white goods and specialist chemical storage solutions.
We design and manufacture our robust lab cabinets in-house, so any application which requires a bespoke storage option can be created by our experienced team. Whatever you need, just ask us.
APMG’s tough moveable storage cupboards are typically mounted on laboratory grade lockable castors for easy re-positioning. The cabinets come in an extensive range of sizes and a broad combination of styles.
